What is REALiTY?
REALiTY was created by Beth Cary as a means
of providing perspective on the current real estate and finance
markets. After 25 years of working with buyers, sellers, investors,
agents and lenders, Beth found that the primary issues plaguing
the real estate and finance industries are not economic, they
are educational.
We have become a sound bite society, and
tend to run head long into our endeavors with minimal background.
That is what has happened in the real estate and financial
markets. Everyone is trying to make it big and do it fast.
And it can be done if the foundation is solid. That foundation
is an understanding of the process, which unfortunately, many
do not have.
Beth Cary's background is a strong one. Starting
her career in finance in 1982, Beth has processed mortgage
loans, managed construction schedules and sales efforts, processed
real property transfers, worked with lobbyists, and she has
managed and trained hundreds of escrow, title, mortgage and
real estate professionals. Beth has created and presents continuing
education courses for both real estate and escrow professionals
and served as a contributing author and editor on various
escrow manuals and educational materials. A graduate of the
University of Phoenix with a baccalaureate in business administration,
her strength is in tying it all together. Beth's training
programs and seminars have multiple dimensions, making complex
subjects relatable.
